  • National Stationery Show Update

    By May 24, 2017Uncategorized

Hello from New York City! We’re in the middle of the National Stationery Show where we feel right at home – turns out we’re not the only people who are low-key obsessed with wrapping paper! It’s been a magical experience talking everything gift wrap for the past few days.

    Check out some behind-the-scenes action.

Ah, from such humble beginnings. Here we are putting StoneWrap on display, and preparing for the big show.

Yes, those are origami butterflies made of StoneWrap. Surprisingly easy to make, and they look great with Loft 213 patterns. Well worth all the finger cramps that went into all those beautiful butterflies.

Take a look at the finished product! Everything came together swimmingly. Hundreds of people stopped by our booth to take the StoneWrap challenge. We dared people to feel the difference by running scissors through StoneWrap. I wish we had pictures of people’s reactions as they began cutting – you just don’t really realize how cool it is until you do it.

We even got a chance to hit the streets of New York after hours! There really is nothing better than a combination of talking stationery all day and then finding some delicious New York eats.

We’ve enjoyed tremendous success here during NSS, and we look forward to what tomorrow will bring!
